# CARATJEWEL EXPO

> CARATJEWEL EXPO is an online jewellery trade platform, a product of D Bhukhiya Tech. Jewellery manufacturers, brands and suppliers exhibit in online booths and LIVE video booths; professional buyers (Verified Buyers) source through a trade catalogue, scheduled online exhibitions and private one-to-one video meetings; and consumers buy direct from the makers in CARATJEWEL Shop (direct to consumer, D2C).

## CARATJEWEL Shop (direct to consumer)

- CARATJEWEL Shop is the direct-to-consumer (D2C) part of CARATJEWEL EXPO. Consumers browse pieces from exhibiting jewellery brands at the retail price each brand sets.
- Only brands that were reviewed to exhibit (including company proof) can list pieces in the Shop. Each piece shows the brand that makes it.
- Consumers send an enquiry or a request to buy; it goes directly to that brand. CARATJEWEL does not take the payment: the brand confirms availability, delivery and payment with the buyer.
- Before paying, buyers should get the price, metal purity or hallmark, diamond or gemstone grading report (for example IGI or GIA), delivery, warranty and return terms in writing from the brand.
- Trade (B2B) prices are visible only to Verified Buyers in the trade catalogue and never appear in the Shop.
