Who can exhibit on CARATJEWEL EXPO?
Jewellery manufacturers, brands, ateliers and suppliers of diamonds, gemstones and fine jewellery. Businesses apply for a specific exhibition on the Apply to Exhibit page, and each application, including company proof, is reviewed before a booth is approved.
How much does it cost to exhibit?
Exhibitor packages are Starter (US$499), Professional (US$899) and Premium (US$1,399), with Custom packages on request. Packages differ in LIVE cameras, private meeting rooms, catalogue size, analytics and visibility. See the Pricing page for the full comparison.
What is a Verified Buyer?
A Verified Buyer is a professional jewellery buyer, such as a retailer, wholesaler, importer or buying house, whose business has been reviewed by the CARATJEWEL team. Verified Buyer access is free during the introductory launch period.
Where do Verified Buyers find products and trade prices?
In the trade catalogue on the Products page. Verified Buyers see each exhibitor's trade prices and can send enquiries, request a private meeting or watch the exhibitor's LIVE booth.
What is a LIVE booth?
A LIVE booth is an exhibitor's live video stream during exhibition hours, in up to Full HD or 4K. Buyers watch, chat with the exhibitor, ask to see a piece more closely and request a private one-to-one video meeting.
Can I buy jewellery for myself on CARATJEWEL?
Yes. CARATJEWEL Shop is the direct-to-consumer side of the platform. You browse pieces with the brand's retail price and send an enquiry or request to buy directly to the maker.
What is the Diamond Jewellery Show?
The Diamond Jewellery Show is an upcoming CARATJEWEL EXPO online exhibition for manufacturers and suppliers of diamond jewellery. Its schedule will be announced soon.
Does CARATJEWEL use AI?
CARATJEWEL AI, the Sale Rabbit sales copilot for exhibitors, is coming soon. It will highlight buyer interest and draft follow-ups, and exhibitors approve every message before anything is sent.
